1.0 Planning & Conceptual Stage:

• Planning & brainstorming session with Owner/Architect/Interior Designer (2 Hrs x 3 Sessions)
• Concept Development as per clients requirements
• Prepare Design Brief (1 Drafts & 1 Final)

2.0 Detailed Design Stage:

• Detailed Design Drawings (Digital Printed - Est 7 Days Delivery 1st Draft) - (Max 2 Drafts & 1 Final)
• Light fitting selections & customization (If desire) - (Max 3 Drafts & 1 Final)
• Design Lux Calculation (Average brightness of the area) - (Multiple Areas - TBD)
• 3D Design Simulation (Area TBD)
• Lighting Control System Programming (Optional)

3.0 Project Implementation

• Provide Installation Details to Contractor if needed (Max 2 Times)
• Provide shop drawings / customize fitting manufacturing details
• Facilitate & Coordinate with ID / Architect / Contractor / Wireman (1 Time)
• Review other luminaries proposed by others (Optional)
• On-site coordination & verification (2 Times)

4.0 Testing & After Sales Stage

• Verify with Design Performance (2 Times)
• Provide final lamp Schedule/Catalogue/ Cutsheet (Ease of future maintenance)
• Provide Installation Details to Contractor if needed (12 Months)
• Product warranty if supplied by Lightmart365 (18 Months)

5.0 Value Added Services

• Review Existing Electrical Wiring System by Professional Engineer
