Shipping & Refund Policy
Lightmart365 ("we" and "us") is the operator of (https://lightmart365.com/) ("Website"). By placing an order through this Website, you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.
Duties & Taxes
Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website for delivery within Malaysia. However, import duties and taxes for international shipments shall be paid by the customer upon arrival in destination country
Shipping & Delivery Terms
Orders are usually dispatched within 2 - 3 business days of payment of order. Our warehouse operates on Monday - Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.
However, we are committed to deliver your Goods at our best speed and capacity at the time of your purchase.
Below is our standard estimation transit time of your Goods:
Domestic (West Malaysia) shipments are in transit for 3 - 7 days
Domestic (East Malaysia) shipments are in transit for 5 - 14 days
Transit time Internationally
Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 12 - 45 days. This varies greatly depending on the courier you have selected. We are able to offer a more specific estimate when you are choosing your courier at checkout.
Change Of Delivery Address
For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched. Nevertheless, the request must made official via firstname.lastname@example.org
P.O. Box & Military Address
Lightmart365 are unable be able ship to P.O. box addresses nor Military addresses. Kindly contact us to discuss your other delivery options.
Items Out of Stock
Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfil all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfil the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.
You may instruct us for refund and we will process your refund within the next 2 business days. If you decided to place under the waiting list, we will wait for the item to be available before dispatching your order. Existing items in the order will be reserved while we await this item.
Upon dispatch by our appointed 3rd party courier partners, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.
We may arrange our own in-house transport for the dispatch within Klang Valley area. Your order shall not exceed 5 Business Day after we process your order. Kindly contact us if you do not receive any tracking information.
Delivery Time Exceeded Or Lost In Transit
If you have any query about the progress of your Order or delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us at email@example.com so that we can conduct an investigation.
If item went missing by the 3rd party courier. We will assist you to make claim to the courier following their claim policy and will reimburse you once we receive the same.
Parcels Damaged In Transit
If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with next steps.
Customer Duty to Inspect
We will maintain good practice to inspect our product and ensure our with maintain high standard in our packing of Goods before its delivery. However, it is the Customer’s responsibility to ensure that all Goods delivered have been checked for missing goods, parts and/or defects. The Customer must notify the Supplier within 48 hours of delivery if the quantity delivered does not reflect that which is ordered. Where the goods are believed to be defective or have missing parts, the Customer must notify the Supplier in writing within 7 days of delivery.
Insurance For Protection
Good purchase under Standard Delivery will not be covered with Protection for losses or damaged. We will assist the customer to make claims from the 3rd party courier based on the its claim policy provided the customer furnish with evidences of the claim. If the customer requires addition Insurance Protection, kindly contact our support team for additional payment for the protection before placing the order.
Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the courier.
Returns & Refund Policy
Lightmart365 will accept the following reason of returns as long as the customer fulfil the condition of return as stipulated by us.
Return shipping will be paid at the customers expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping. You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods at the following address:535, Jalan Tiong, Batu 3 Off Jalan Ipoh,

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
Return Due to Change of Mind
Customer is allowed 10 days from the date where customer receive the purchase Goods to return the Goods if he has changed of Mind.
Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed to store credit for a future purchase within 30 days. We will notify you once this has been completed through email.
Lightmart365 will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid.
Conditions for Returns
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- Proof of purchase & payment (Confirmation of Order, Invoice & receipt)
- 10 days from the date where customer receive the purchase Goods
- The Goods are in the original packaging
The following Goods CANNOT be returned:
- The supply of Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
- The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
- The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
- The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
- Pre-order items
- Design / Consultancy Service completed
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
Returns on Warranty Claim
Lightmart365 will honor any valid warranty claims, provided a claim is submitted within the warranty period as stated in our product description calculated from the date of purchase of Goods.
Customers will be required to cover the return shipping cost; we will repair or replace the defective products and deliver the replacement for you at our own cost.
Upon return receipt of items for warranty claim, you can expect Lightmart365 to process your warranty claim within 14 days.
Once warranty claim is confirmed, you will receive the choice of:
(a) refund to your payment method
(b) a refund in store credit
(c) a replacement/repair item sent to you at our own cost (if stock is available)
Reimbursement & Replacement
We will reimburse You or replace the Goods no later than 30 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order or credit to your store account for future purchase.
